Let us come together and celebrate the one person in our life who truly deserves love, compassion and acknowledgement. And that person is in the mirror every time you look in it!

Join me on Sunday 15th February for 3 hours of heart filling and soul nurturing yoga, blissful connection, and some deliciousness that will make your tummy content.

My aim for these Mini Urban Retreats is always about offering a space of Calm, of Connection, and of Cultivation of Self-care and Wellness practices.

So join me to

  • Calm your nervous system and cool down your body. Enjoy the surrounds where you may choose to cool off in the salt water pool or experience a plunge in the Ice Bath. Completely optional!

  • Connect with like minded folk (who will support you through the Ice Bath plunge should you partake). There will be laughs and there will be stories. And sometimes there will be tears.

  • It’s through these activities that you will experience, learn and cement wellness practices that are good for you!
