Hi, I ‘m Shannon

Your yoga and wellness teacher. I am passionate about helping others progress towards their health goals incorporating this amazing practice called YOGA!

At Shannons Wellness Hub you will be taught, guided, nurtured and challenged by Me. You will have my full attention in curating a bespoke program or sessions for your personal needs and goals.

I have always cared deeply about people and how they feel. Throughout my life I have gathered skills and interests; training as a Registered Nurse, adventuring and working overseas, studying Business, language and working in various roles, including my role as a Thermomix® consultant for 12 years. All this has led me to this moment; my passion for helping others by creating Shannons Wellness Hub. My goal is to assist You to counter the fast pace of life by caring for yourself and offering Holistic Wellness practices to better your physical and mental health and wellbeing.

With Yoga at the hub of these offerings, I will encourage exploration of the mind, body and breath. You will learn simple, do-able practices and introduce them into your everyday life, one step at a time.

Myself, I value balance in life. Optimising what and where I can. Seeking better health and happiness with movement, mindfulness, connection to self and others, using whole-foods and stress management. I value rest, and I strive for progress rather than perfection.

I love being outdoors in nature; gardening, camping, living with yoga in my everyday. I am passionate about food; choosing fresh and simply cooked dishes that work in well with the busy-ness of life. My family is pivotal to my life as I continue to explore and share all the wonders. So come join me and let’s create your wondrous trek, one step at a time.
