Just imagine, for 1 whole hour You have the opportunity to find space and receive exactly what You need. I will provide a bespoke session of yoga, mindfulness and breath curated just for You. All You need to do is turn up and be guided in the safe, welcoming and nourishing space I have created just for You. You will leave with a greater sense of Self, Compassion and Restoration.

Needing a little more time to maximise Your holistic approach to Wellness? In these 2 hours, You will experience the ‘Just for You’ session plus explore elements of Your life that require some wellness tweaks or brain storming to set you on your trek of progress. You will leave with a plan to embrace You; with Progress rather than Perfection at the front of mind.

Chair assisted yoga at PCYC Carindale

Chair assisted yoga - Group session

$15 per casual class / $120 per 10 week term -1 hour

Chair assisted yoga classes for those who value building personal strength, balance and connection to self and others. Enjoy the benefits of yoga with the assistance of a chair for support as needed.

These Group classes are held at the PCYC Carindale, Brisbane during school terms on Tuesday 9:30am - 10:30am.

  • half / full day retreats (aka Love-in’s) for your friends.

My Offerings

It is my pleasure to offer bespoke, tailor made, personalised classes and sessions with you in mind. To welcome you and allow you to feel seen and to be heard. To provide a space and the time for you to observe and notice your own self during movement, breath and mindfulness.

It all begins with You and Your needs, goals and desires.

No two sessions will be the same. As I work with a Holistic approach to your Wellness, each session will be in response to how you show up on any given day. That may mean a more energised practise on one day or a more nourishing restorative practice on another. Every session will have components of relaxation and breath practice to meet the needs of your nervous system, seeking greater calm and resilience as an outcome.

My yoga sessions are adaptive and use an array of props including chairs, blocks, bolsters and blankets. This enables easy modification for greater response to each individuals’ requirements. There is no ‘perfect’ way in yoga; thus making it accessible for everyone to benefit.

I am a small business based in Holland Park, Qld and operate Face to Face sessions in my private yoga space. Alternatively we can organise an Online session via Zoom for regular sessions. If you are a local to Holland Park and seek a private session at your own home, please contact me to discuss options.

When planning Team and Corporate sessions, I will be guided by the organisers brief. These sessions can be adapted to suit a specific theme, and will include practices that work towards relaxation, stress relief and wellbeing.

When planning half / full day retreats for you and your group of friends, you can expect exceptional care and attention to your desires, needs and vision.

Both Face to Face and Online sessions will be welcoming, exclusive and confidential. All sessions aim to leave the individual feeling stronger and empowered, relaxed and nurtured.
