Be at ease knowing Shannon will guide you with kindness and compassion through restorative poses that welcome ‘letting go’ of tension, both physical and mental in nature. Combined with the blissful sounds of instruments and exquisite silence, you will be lulled even deeper.

With Yoga Nidra, you drop even deeper giving yourself a wonderful opportunity to rest, restore and re-emerge gently, yet rejuvenated and ready.
The evening ends only once we gather, with solitude reflection and enjoy home-made and nutritious Bliss balls.
